- These rates are preferential for the XLIV FELABAN Annual Assembly attendees. Limited number of rooms are available at the Conrad Hotel, site of the FELABAN Assembly. Bookings will be subject to availability.
- Hotel booking form must be filled and sent by fax to the Secretariat (598 2) 9168902 or by e-mail to prohr@congresos-rohr.com
- It is advisable for attendees arriving between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am to book their airport transfer with time through the Secretariat and their hotel room for the previous night as check in hour is 3.00 pm.
- A valid credit card is requested in order to guarantee all hotel bookings. Once all details are received, you will be receiving a confirmation of your booking to be processed.
