Deadline for abstracts submission: 30th June 2008
For all presentations, abstracts must be submitted for analysis, classification and approval by the LEARN Advisory Group, Abstracts may be submitted in English, Spanish or Portuguese with English translation
Fax or email submissions will not be accepted.
Each abstract should be limited to approx. 250 words, with no tables, graphs or pictures, the typed text can be submitted in English or Spanish or Portuguese with English translation. It must be a single paragraph typed or printed using Arial font, size 12, single space. Original will be reduced 50% for publishing in the proceedings book.
The abstract should contain:
The title must be in boldface and capital letters, in another line, author(s), institution, city and country. The first author should be underlined. Leave a blank line before the text. Use the following sample as a guide
Abstracts should be sent together with registration form and payment of at least one author. Submissions will not be processed without the registration fee and form duly completed. Each registration entitles, two abstracts per presentation
Abstracts will be evaluated by the LEARN Advisory Group, who will have the authority to reject papers that are considered inadequate and / or ask for modifications.
You will be notified the acceptance of your presentation by e-mail, as well as given a submission number.
