CALL FOR ABSTRACTS FOR PAPERS’ PROPOSALS - ABSTRACTS FOR PROPOSALS’ SUBMISSION REGULATIONS
1. The Scientific Committee of the IV Latin American Congress for Analytical Psychology 2006 will accept abstracts for proposals for scientific papers until 30th November 2005. No proposals will be accepted after this date.
2. Proposals for presentations should be submitted as per the following :
1. Round Tables / Panels
2. Courses / Workshops
3. Posters
4. Coffee and Theme Chats.
The Scientific Committee will have the final decision on best fitting proposals to these areas.
3. Proposals on the following congress topics will be welcome:

4. Once proposal for presentation is accepted, registration of all authors will be conditioning for its definite inclusion in the final program.
5. Each registration (principal author) entitles submission of one proposal per type of presentation.
6. Proposals can be submitted either in Spanish, English or Portuguese.
7. Each proposal should be sent with its corresponding Abstracts for Proposals’ Submission Form.
8. Regulations to be followed for proposals submission:
Abstracts for Proposals:
Word format for Windows, Arial 12 font, single spaced,
300 words maximum,
Abstracts for Proposals will be published in the same format they come,
Proposals should not include tables, graphs or photos,
Title: all in capitals and bold font
Surname should appear in capital letters followed by initials of author/s (max. 3) separated by a comma. If more co-authors, state “et al” (i.e., SMITH, J.E., STEWART, J.A.; MORRISON, A.E.; et al )
Underline presenting author,
Authors from different organizations or institutions should indicate with superscript the organization belonging to,
Indicate below organization or institution to which author belongs to, city/cities and country/countries of origin,
Proposals should refer to the following aspects: objectives, contents and conclusions,
Keywords should be included for electronic search (5 words max.)
Submission Forms:
A Submission Form should be sent in together with each Proposal submission (the Submission form is herewith attached and is also available at the Secretariat or through the Congress web site),
Category in which you wish to include your proposal (Psycopathology (PT), Psychotherapy (PS) or Neuroscience (NC) should be indicated in the Submission Form. Also, clearly indicate type of presentation,
Each proposal should be sent in as separate file. Do not send several proposales in the same file.
Each Word file should be clearly identified when saved. Save it with the name of the first author, followed by a Number 1 if author is presenting more than one proposal and then the area category to which it belongs to (i.e. SMITH1PT.doc for SMITH, abstract No. 1, PT for Psychopathology). Do not save file with general names such as “abstract”, “Uruguay Congress” etc.
